Does where you live matter when rushing?

Planning to rush next year and also live in Jester West. Do the sorority girls explicitly ask where you live/make judgements on it? Mainly concerned on if living in Jester will hurt my chances of getting bids.

There’s no denying that west campus is convenient for Greek life but it’s more about the connections you make with the girls before and during rush than where you’re housed

i lived in jester while rushing and i will say it does have some effect. the sororities you don’t want will judge you for it. some are picky and look at your wrists for tennis bracelets and only accept ppl living in hardin, SRD, callaway, etc.
