silver spurs/ texas cowboys

Honestly, which one has the most respect on campus? Both seem highly regarded but one surely is better than the other. Thoughts?

spurs was better 30-40 years ago but cowboys is better now. both are a pretty high honor

While both groups are really strong, historically, Cowboys were always better. Cowboys from every house got first pick on who they put up and then Spurs chose from remaining. Cowboys got kicked off in the mid 90's and returned about 5 years later. They have made a very strong return in short order.
