Castle: Extravagance. The production value, time, and money they put into some events (ex. MG, Tennis Event) is unrivaled
Theos: Brotherhood. Say what you want about Theos, but their PCs are super tight and always together. This shows when they are putting together events as well
Hall: Location. Best house on campus. Lends for crazy darties and great visibility on Locust for late nights
Delt: Srat Relations. Pound-for-pound best srat relations of the T2s...the top srats (minus Tabard) all love Delt.
Zete: Vibes. Goes hand in hand with their Thursday late nights, but those are some of the most fun events with the best music all year.
ZBT: Parties. Specifically in chouse, ZBT knows how to throw (ex. Imanbeck, SkiBT). Huge bounceback from last semester OFSL issues for them.
Apes: Energy. Apes dudes know how to have a good time. Rushes love them because they are a rowdy, close-knit group of guys.
Owls: Money. Say what you want, but this is a huge pro. What other frat can even remotely compete with an event like Brunch? They had top srats fighting for tickets.
SAE: Setup. I actually think SAE's main party room is the coolest on campus. Especially when they open the doors to the front patio for HOCO. Sick setup.
Fiji: Friendliness. Full of nice dudes. Allows them to punch above their weight in srat relations. If Fiji learns to throw a good party, they might be a fast riser.
Sig Chi: Athleticism. Most athletic frat on campus. Football team helps...
Phi: Openness. Dudes are very open to the "experimental" side of life.
Sammy: Heritage. You know what I mean.
Elmo: Top of their social scene. Absolutely undisputed. Also the most unique frat on campus.
