why is adpi a lower tier house at ut?

ADPI is not bad but they just don't have the return rate of the stronger groups. They are nice girls good grades but nothing stands out.

ADpi is good all round house. Go through recruitment and follow the process. You will land where you belong.

anything accept SDT basically has a lot of girls and solid relations with multiple fraternities. If you're not from a certain select group of neighborhoods/schools (regardless of whether you come from money) you might not have a good time being in a "top" house. There are definitely girls who learn that the hard way, and I know some who don't enjoy being Pi Phi's, Kappa's, Theta's, what have you for that exact reason. Concentrate on who you like, and not what the tier is..
