trying to go to roundup

So I don't go to UT, but my friends and I wanted to go to roundup, because they're transferring there in the fall. Problem is we don't know how to get our hands on wristbands since we weren't planning on coming until Saturday. Anyone know how long they'll be giving out wristbands for and who we would ask to get some?
