SAE isn’t this good anymore. KA is better than ZBT. Phi Psi is in this mix if you’re putting Sammy and Pike on here.

This doesn’t seem consistent with my experience or friends. I would move ka up. Sigma chi delt and zbt down. Not sure sae is top tier now.

SAE will always be elite. Even when they were Texas Rho they were able to attract kids and PNM's still wanted to join them because of SAE's connection to PKT.

Sigma Chi signed like 70 kids, gave anyone a bid and had 30+ drop. They’re no where near the top

Bevo has it right but would add Delt. Lots of girls in different houses all seem to love ka. These guys have great parties and are so much fun. Easily top 3.
