why is aephi never included in any of the rankings on

noticed they’re never in the srat rankings and am curious as to why because they seem pretty relevant

That’s a great observation given that ZBT and Sammie are included in most unofficial fraternity rankings on this site.

yea I just noticed this. If I had to guess where they would land in the rankings is probably like around KD and DG

They are upper middle tier right next to zeta and alpha phi

I love their house. One of the best renovations I've ever seen, and it's beautifully decorated. It's hard to believe it used to be a '60s Brady Bunch house.
