My dad was a Fiji at another school. If I'm a legacy how do I go about contacting Fiji for rush? I'm already accepted to UT

You pretty much have to be a Texas Fiji legacy or have an in to get a bid there. One of my pledge brothers was a Fiji legacy, and didn't get a bid to Fiji here. I'm not saying you shouldn't try and contact them, but don't get your hopes up.

Big 4 loyalties really only exist to their own chapter. I was at kappa sig roundup last year and saw them turn down tech kappa sigs. Good luck though

For sure get in touch with the Fiji chapter or a member of the group if you have any connections. Fiji is the hardest fraternity to get a bid from but they do take a few out of state boys - usually very exceptional ones.
