Kappa Sig had Chamillionaire for Roundup and Slim Thug for something else last year. Not getting a big artist would be out of character for them.

it would cost AT LEAST 150k to get lil wayne out, and 20k for lil jon to open. spending almost 200k for roundup is too tryhard even for sigma chi

Kappa Sig spent at most 9k for Chamillionaire + maybe 2-3k for Lil Flip. That's a pretty easy cost for a fraternity as large as Kappa Sig to cover even with all their events.
