is tx wranglers worth doing?

Wranglers is a bunch mediocre dudes (besides a select few) that dress like wannabe cowboys and have about no respect on campus.. keep away... as for spikes, not much of a step up either

if you were to put them in a ranking based on the types of guys, who they mix with (axo, tri delt, zeta, dg, aphi), and brotherhoood, who would they be next to?

They barely mix with sororities, and their sorority relations are probably comparable to maybe Delta Sig or Acacia. I think they have occasional mixers with AXiD, KD and ADPi, but their relations with even those ones is on the weak end. Mostly mix with other spirit groups.

Wranglers and Spikes are both good organizations. Wranglers may have a little bit more involved "pledgeship", but they both have similar standings around the university. They both seem to be well-liked, have some pretty solid mixers/parties, etc. Spikes currently have more guys in Cowboys and Spurs, but as of last semester I believe Wranglers now has 2 Cowboys and 1 Spur. There are a lot of pros to both groups. Happy pickings.

definitely a Wrangler.
Wranglers don't have great social standing. Yeah, they have had a mixer with Kappa. You know who else has? ACACIA. You know what happened both times? Hardly any girls showed up (Less than 5ish). Anyone can get a mixer with almost anyone, doesn't mean anything.
Spikes aren't tremendously better, being a spirit group, but they're more respected because they aren't viewed as being as vain and muscle goons like Wranglers are.

If you want to find a group of guys that push themselves to find success in life and become better individuals, then Texas Wranglers is your organization. If you enjoy bonding and forming a true brotherhood than go for Wranglers. However if you don't like to be busy, than don't join.
