This is the most accurate thing I’ve seen in a long time on this site. Literally yes. All of the tiers are pretty much tied just up to opinion but between tiers is a big difference

I think rankings are very subjective and depend on where you are from and who you grew up with. For me it is very simple as follows:

Theta, Kappa, Pi Phi
Chi O, Tri Delt
Zeta

Not trying to disparage any house as they are all amazing but this is based on who we hang out with in college.

Dg should be one step lower with Kd. They are 230 and sturdy. Some of them weird.

Pi phi, kappa, and theta will always be top. But for lower top zeta or chi o could fill in. Then there’s Tri Delt and the rest
