Same here, I'd love to know which ones actually have the strongest sisterhoods, too. And I'm wondering how hard it is to get a non-Big 6 bid...

It's hard to get a bid to ANY sorority at UT (except SDT) You need to go through recruitment to see where you fit in best and who wants you. Honestly, if you don't have connections you don't have much control over where you end up. Just go in with an open mind and get the hell off this site.
