Kappa Sig WAS found guilty of hitting a girl

The Girl was an Alpha Phi who wanted to partake in the little slap boxing fun between two pledges from pc 2020 last year. L Unfortunately they hit her a little to hard.
She filed title 9 and The Kappa Sig was found GUILTY. They are on probation with the University. What’s messed up is Kappa Sig trying to cover this up and not removing this guy from the chapter or at least putting him on probation. I guess Kappa Sig approves slap boxing females.

Kappa Sig is the odds on favorite to be the next fraternity kicked off campus. Their insistence on pledging ACC men, their over the top hazing (several Fall pledges recently quit) and their inappropriate behavior around women will be their downfall.
