I would hardly call this indisputable. ZBT isn't on par with Kappa Sig, and both Omicron and Delt are better than Sigma Chi.

is not better than Kappa Sig. Based on their house, dues and member wealth I'd probably consider them top tier, but they are easily the sketchiest top house.

ZBT not Kappa Sig. Kappa Sig is probably the least sketchy top house. I know girls and even guys who went to joint parties who got sketched out by the basement and won't go back.

Who cares about Bill Power's son, just because he pledged (if he really did pledge) SAE doesn't mean they are the best. Bill Powers niece pledged Kappa so does that automatically make them #1???

Is on level with pike and ATO as is omicron. While pike and Sammy are improving ATO and omicron are declining.

Fiji stands alone as the top fraternity, SAE close 2nd, then Sig Ep, then Kappa Sig.
