How much of rush for frats happens mid summer?

How much of rush for frats happens mid summer I.e June/July?

My hometown is pretty far from Austin and I don’t have a car, so getting up here before move in day would be tough and rare.

For upper tiers, all of it (in fact it already started). Below upper tier, 50-70 percent. Bottom tier, barely any of it.

If you want to rush a higher tier house, you have to start making some arrangments to get to Austin over the summer. The PCs for top tier houses fill up before school starts

You gonna wanna get up to Austin in June and July if you wanna rush any of the top 4 or 5 frats, the PC’s for those frats are usually filled by the time late July rolls around so if you wanna rush up top you better get on it now and get your name out there
