Just read on Reddit that supposedly her dad (indicted one) is working hard to make sure the boys get kicked out of the school thru title IX. Supposedly he’s quoted on ut website as a donor. If that is the case, hopefully there will be karma at his trial.

@what Title ix has a 60 day maximum federal guideline for the whole process. No school would string a student along for a year and then expel them - use your brain! Students had sued schools and won when they took longer than recommended time.

It’s been over 7 months and nothing scheduled with title ix...daddy donates 100k to UT...title ix schedules hearing. Sounds like the boys have a good chance of suing UT.

Feels like a calculated cover-up supported by a mob mentality. If you say it didn't happen enough times people will start to believe you. Probably orchestrated by Rho parents who are living vicariously through their college-aged kids (mostly ACC). Rho is becoming very JV with leftovers from Fiji driven by parents who want to pretend they are still in college and who foster this type of behavior.

We are talking about 2 young men’s lives. They have been through several lie detector tests and passed all. Regardless of how you feel about those - the girls haven’t proven anything. They flee to social media - look at me look at me.
Let’s hold the accusers to the same standard- they have nothing to hide, correct?? Trial by social media is not a thing.

I’m in one of the girls sorority and many of us don’t believe SB and AD anymore. Even their close circle of friends have been talking about them too. AD wants to do the right thing but SB is manipulating her. Acting all like “besties” and kisses before the hearing. They were together at sig ep the other night.

I have heard mixed stories on the validity of the lie detector tests. In regards to both 1) who paid for them and influenced the desired result and 2) who administered them. If you know anything about litigation, you realize these "experts" can all be bought and that is why each side has their own "experts" contradicting each other.

thats not true. the process through the school takes a long time and in the legal system it takes even longer. where do u get this fake info? it hasn’t even been enough time for them to get charged yet. People are so naive about how long all of this takes.
