Switch Delt and Sigma Chi, and drop AEPi down two. Also might call Lambda Chi to Delta Chi lower or upper bottom. They aren't great by any means, but I think the difference between them and the rest is pretty substantial. Otherwise this is one of the most thorough and accurate lists I've seen.

Sigma Chi is just way more relevant than Delt is even though no fraternity respects Sigma Chi. It was hard to prevent considering the house locations.
AEPi is way better than Lambda Chi and probably on equal footing at least with Phi Delt and Pi Kapp. No one notices it. They have a pretty decent house for their size, throw okay parties (better than Lambda Chi), and get okay guys with some complete goobers.
Lambda Chi is bottom because they're a t-shirt club like most of the bottom-tier. You pretty much sign a bid card and immediately earn your letters so you can wear t-shirts around.
Omicron will probably join Sigma Chi/Delt immediately next semester.

Delt is respected more, but is almost irrelevant compared to Sigma Chi at least socially. Omicron has a better house, but has fallen quite a bit. ATO/PIKE aren't even close.
