Yes, If you are well liked and from one of the competitive high schools with serious connections....Highland Park, Memorial, Alamo Heights etc....then your connections can get you into one of top fraternities despite ACC

You don’t need to be in one of those high schools to get in a top house, just dm or get in contact with some guys and let them know you want to rush, doesn’t matter where you’re from just show out and let some guys get to know you.
