living in house

I'm rushing in the spring, and my parents will only allow me to join if the cost of living in the house plus dues is similar to a dorm or apartment. However, most fraternity houses aren't big enough to fit all its members, and I was ust wondering how do frats determine who lives in the house? Is it based on seniority volunteer hours, etc.

Live in the house until you're an active but they will have to make space for you whether it means doubling up or not

On the fraternity, everyone has different rules about living in the house

It's usually the younger guys. Older guys move out to an apartment.
