pike, ato, phi psi?

How are these 3 fraternities? I know Pike/ATO are higher overall but how are each one's events, mixers, reputation, etc?

Pike has the best build obviously. ATO has decent parties. Both have comparable social reputations.

Phi Psi doesn't come close socially. They don't really have good relations with anyone above KD. I guess DG a little. Their builds/parties are pretty lame as well. The only time they're relevant socially is when they team up with Phi Delt for round up and try to buy the biggest artist. (Didn't work well last time)
