Transfer process for big 6?
by: utgreekI applied to UT as a sophomore spring transfer and am an initiated member at a big six sorority at another big Texas school. Can anyone tell me what the process is like to re-affiliate? I’ve heard from some that it’s pretty automatic and i’ve also heard there’s a chance you won’t be accepted in. Thank you!

Affiliating should be pretty easy. However, chapters don't make strong efforts to assimilate transfers. It's all up to you making the effort to try to make new friends. Some transfers are able to integrate well & some do not. Do you have any friends in your chapter at UT that could introduce you to people? Will you be living in west campus?
