Stereotypes of the Big 4. Keep it civil and preferably from top tier girls. Everyone else is just a hater it seems.

SAE - top two house, great physical house that is less traditional than some others but its huge. amazing builds for parties. very, very exclusive vibe, much more so than FIJI. Either you run in that circle or you don't. Everyone who goes to SAE knows everyone else there. Preppier vibe than FIJI, get kids mostly from HP, some Houston guys, and a good number of St. Stephens St. Andrews guys.

FIJI - top along with SAE. Will have the biggest house in the country in a couple years. Has been a top house at Texas for ever, and their house is literally a historical landmark (old Gov's mansion). Get some more small town kids than SAE. Lots of Houston and Alamo Heights guys, plus some Austin High guys from the Tarrytown area. Classic sort of feel, exactly what you imagine a top fraternity to be like.

Kappa Sig - vibe is sort of a mix between SAE and FIJI. These guys come from similar old Texas money families, like the FIJIs and SAEs. Hate to say it because they are a top 4 house, but seems like most of the guys are kids who were rushing the top two and then didnt get bids there. However, some kids have started going KSig over the top two in the past couple years. Good looking, old money, smart guys.

Sig Ep - completely different vibe from the other 3. Don't really get guys from the same feeder high schools. Crazy parties, awesome physical house, best looking guys on campus. Considered more new money. Lots of Strake, St Marks, Westlake guys.

These are about right but I think some people make too big of a deal of SAE's exclusive vibe
