Why are these three houses on the bottom? all seem like nice cute girls who seem even more liked than PKT honestly.....

Because these groups have the weakest return rates during recruitment.
Additionally for the most part of someone has another group and one of these three left at pref they usually ( not all the time choose the other group).
This does not mean these sororities don’t have good grades, cute members etc.
