and their moms fly in for bid day... have you seen the photo?? It's so many girls whole family congregating outside and its a HUGE Group. NO mask in sight

I lived in Hardin. No more than 6 girls shared a suite and most were 2 to 3 in a bedroom, not 50-60.

really? In the photo, I see no masks AT ALL. This is super sad for all the sororities who had to sign a bid day contract for this NOT TO HAPPEN. This is the reason why cases will go up and events will not happen. If anything this is ruining your fun year in a sorority. Very selfish of all the girls and THEIR MOMS WHO SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE ADULTS! Photos are everywhere girls!!

Do you realize a lot of these moms that fly in, etc. cannot be stopped in a lot of cases ? Most are alums excited About daughter’s pledging. What could be worse ? Social climbing mothers who weren’t in a sorority and want their daughters to pledge NO MATTER WHAT. Vicariously. I feel really bad for these girls. Legacies feel pressure, but I think it’s worse for these girls, esp the ones whose mothers are clinically psychotic.

So my mother went to Harvard, where sororities were virtually non-existent. Guess she must be a social climber. Lol.
Get out from under your rock sweetie. Travel a little. Read a non-fiction book. Live a little. Speak to people who are different than you w/o wondering if you can get something in return. I dare you to try it this year.

I lived in Hardin last year. I’m a member of PKT. What y’all did only makes your chapter look bad. I can tell you I lived in a room with 3 girls, and there are not rooms that accommodate all the girls outside jumping around.
If anything, if your going to break the rules, y’all should have taken pictures by the pool. The rule is.. Groups of 10 and under with masks.
