Best and worst sisterhood
by: SisterhoodWhich houses have had the most genuine sisterhood? Which has had a transparent shallow sisterhood. Conversations will finally be important cause there is no show to hide behind. Which houses are doing a bad job?

Nobody is jealous of a phi. They're notorious for having an awful sisterhood. Many girls in it have expressed that they don't know many people in their PC at all

I honestly have a lot of Aphi friends who are perfectly happy with their sorority, but they definitely do not have a great sisterhood. That being said, girls always find their group, it’s just not a chapter-wide connection- they don’t really talk to girls outside of their groups but still love the sorority

And zeta. They both have great sisterhoods. It’s sad people constantly try to bring them down. But it says more about the women that bring them down than who they’re talking about.....

I’m an Aphi and can tell you that this used to be true but things have improved a lot over the past two years with that. When I joined it was very isolated by friend groups but last year we had our 100th anniversary and did a lot to address this across cliques. The “weak sisterhood” across the entire chapter thing was maybe deserved in the past So maybe it will take a while for the label to fade, but I feel like it’s getting stronger and the new PC will feel that

Sororities aren’t doing enough to promote sisterhood in their PCs. Many girls don’t know each other well nor do they try. It’s on you exec. You really need to do a better job. Why not try to organize some fun sisterhood events during this crazy pandemic semester or year. I mean really. Does everything only have to revolve around drinking at frat gatherings. The Exec need to do a better job by pairing small groups of pnms together and organizing something fun. Don’t just leave it up to a bunch of girls who honestly have a hard time getting out of their comfortable bubble. And I’m in a big six and really you need to do better for every pledge class not just the new one for this fall. Why should girls join if it’s just up to them to maybe make friends. Why pay dues and go to boring talks. Make it worth it.
