Why stat rankings?

Will someone please explain what people are basing rankings off of when they put sororities in different orders? Looks? Money? Party girls?

Just money and connections. All houses have equally beautiful girls. Pick a house that you will fit into and can be yourself with. You won’t want to spend 4 years being someone you’re not or always having to put on a show.

It’s kinda hard not being able to be in person but if you feel like you could hang out with those girls lol. Mainly the type of vide you get if that makes sense.
