What houses value legacies more than others?

Are there any houses at UT where a legacy holds SIGNIFICANT weight? Which houses don't value it as much? I know AXiD & DG said they won't let it impact rush this year, but I'm a legacy at 2 other houses and want to know if they value legacies.

So many legacies going through. My chapter always has over 100 going through. Yes, it matters but obviously we cannot take them all.
