Should I tell a sorority if they’re my top choice?

Going in, I want to know what I should say to let a sorority know that I like them a lot and give them a big hint that I’d like to be invited back. I don’t want to be too curt or forward but I’ve heard it’s good to tell them that they’re your top choice or that you really like their chapter. Is this true? What would be a good thing to say to indicate a strong interest?

This is a pretty bad idea on the first day. The girl will be wondering how you could possibly know that before you’ve even talked to all the other chapters. It would be okay to say “I had so much fun here! I feel like I really click with everyone in this house so far!” On the first day. Later on, like sisterhood, then it’s fair to tell a chapter you love them and see yourself there

I would always so “thank you for inviting me back” or “I’m so excited to be back” but wouldn’t say like “i like it here or i wanna be here” probably until 5min left of sisterhood or pref
