Sororities following PNMs on social media

Is it bad if sororities aren’t following me on Instagram/ other social media? Or does it mean they really like me if a few of them do? Does it help to be followers of theirs in any way? Does it mean they’ll root for you? I’m a little confused as to how I should interpret this

Sororities consider and Instagram follow as interest in their chapter. and they notice. They notice when you follow every chapter, select chapters, and only one chapter. If you’re public of course. Do with that what you will!

If a sorority girl follows you, it means her chapter is interested and wants to know more about you. Doesn’t mean a whole lot considering they aim to follow hundreds of girls that they have their eyes on but it is meant to make you feel good too. Who wouldn’t like the attention you know? And yes, following them back would be the smart thing to do if you’re interested in their chapter
