Will delt have a house next year?

Cool guys but I read they are doing renovations next year. Would hate to pledge only to end up in a Sigma Chi situation for the rest of my time at UT.

The renovations should take no longer than a year and some of the actives said that they’d be splitting up the entire process so the house can be used the whole time.

Also, I could totally see both Machi and Delts new houses being fully completed before fall 2021.
