Delt rankings?

Could anyone tell me what Delt has going for them, the guys seem OK but there is no way in heck that I would want to be in North Campus.

west campus is the ideal place to be, delt it delt, they're at the point in rush where they'll just give bids to anyone, if they bid you at a first event just run

Delt has a lot of strong alumni that get their kids to join. It has a mix of top house material guys and randoms that went to a rush event or two.

I do know delts have most of their actives living on the street right behind the house. They’d say it’s worth being in north campus for that reason but it’s up to you. A lot of them are honestly pretty cool imo so I wouldn’t worry ab it if you like them

Delt isn't what delt use to be imo, a few years ago they seemed to be really going places but now they've lowered their standards by bidding kids at their first event, never thought they'd be so desperate for kids to sign
