Fraternity differences?

I rushed them and they’re honestly all pretty good houses with strong brotherhoods. Delt def fits more of the country aesthetic with both rowdy and genuine guys who you’d imagine meeting at Tech or State - a handful of ACC boys in their PCs too. Delt’s house will also be going under full-blown renovation starting next semester. K Sig has a lot of smart guys who are generally reserved at the same time. They are lowkey kinda soft... the “nice guys”. They have quite the estate tho which makes for some great events. Of the four, KA has the most stereotypical frat guys. They all come from very similar private school backgrounds and mostly keep to themselves, poor social skills imo. The Sigma Chis are precisely a blend between the other three houses in many aspects. They’re overall pretty laid back and chill guys who know how to party hardd. They didn’t seem to rush as many guys this year bc of their housing situation but it should ready at the end of this summer.Their house isn’t too great but it’s not something a Machi would really care about 😂

This is a pretty fair description of each with the exception of the machi house. It’s been nearly two years and little progress has been made to tear the old house down.

From my understanding, the ordinance was never to tear their main house down and rebuild (at least not anytime soon). I think the house has only been going under a few repairs/renovations over the last year . The apartments on the other hand are being fully demolished tho which will take a long time to rebuild.

I know tons of suburban kids in Ksig it’s really not that exclusive
