Getting started with no connections.

What’s the earliest an out of state PNM can start sending in rec packets and letters of support? I’m outgoing, attend a good private school and have a strong resume, but I don’t know anyone at UT. Not one person. I’ve got letters in the works right now and am going into my senior year. Like most people in my position, I’m counting on luck.

Any insights you guys have are welcome... maybe I’m overdoing it? Don’t know if you really can with a rush as competitive as UT’s.

Honestly the sooner the better but most houses don’t care about letters of support only actual recommendation letters

1. get into UT first, no guarantee for out of state students
