Difference between AXO and Aphi?

What's the difference between these two? They're ranked the same on here usually. I know people say Aphi is really focused on looks but they both seem to have really pretty girls. Someone please explain!!

Axo has way better sisterhood, alpha phi rushes on looks then gets a ton of mean girls & having to do a lot of COB, axo is a fan favorite during rush

guy here- axo's are sweethearts and aphis are also good looking but no personality and the girls you shack and ghost

Honestly so true a lot aphis have no more to them than their looks
