Unless the other fraternities start building new houses. I don't think Fiji, SAE, SigEp, KSig, and KA have anything to worry about. Their houses are exponentially nicer than everyone elses

The only way the smaller fraternities can build good houses are if their nationals get involved. The only small fraternities that are relevant on a national level are Phi Delt, Pi Kapp and maybe Lambda Chi all the rest stand absolutely no chance at UT...
