It looks like the people that really don't care because they know they are better have less rankings... Just saying.

The top tier is very distinguishable from the middle class fraternities. One, top tier fraternities do not create facebook events for their parties in order to prevent GDI girls from coming (ATO, Pike, Sigma Chi). Second they have multi million dollar estates with significantly higher dues. (Fiji, SAE, SigEp, Ksig, KA). You do not need a website to tell you the rankings, just open your eyes and watch how better fraternities carry themselves compared to yours. And no I am not in one of the top fraternities, I am just tired of annoying Delts and Sigma Chi's on this website and even on campus/DT.

I met more Sig Eps at Kappa Sig's late night than Kappa Sig's and Sig Ep had a late night the same night?

Fiji and sae are the top. That will never change. Money and tradition will always get more pledges and thus girls. Who cares about anyone else. Y'all can argue even though all you see on this site is 1s or 5s. Sig ep is good and ks will eventually get on their level, just like sig ep got there. Ka is pretty tight but after at most 3 years they are toast. Delt, you had your time-until you get a house your out. Sigma chi are the kids that can't get bids but are nice. Ato can be fun. Pi si, were not in highschool.

if you have spring rush, you aren't top tier

I hang out with mostly Kappa Sigs and Sig Eps and I can honestly say they are more fun and better guys than Fiji's and SAE's

I almost never hear anything positive about the so-called 'top tier' fraternities. The most frequent comments are that their guys are rude douchebags who don't show any interest in meeting girls that come to their houses. I also hear that a lot of SAE/FIJI parties aren't very fun. Personally, I don't have a problem with them, but I think it's stupid when people act like the only places that matter here are the "top tier" houses. If people don't like you, you generally aren't cool.

Best houses Fiji, SigEp, Kappa Sig, mayber SAE

SAE definitely has the best house. followed by fiji/sig/ep and maybe omicron

The top fraternities have the top houses. It's as simple as that.
