the UT Greek system is never gonna change. The
top houses will never work with the smaller ones because they don't want them to grow or get any better.

I feel like Kappa Sig will be pushing Delt in the Fall if thats when the addition to their house will be ready.

That is possible, but from what I've heard from their alumni is that they won't lack the funding to complete it. Sort of like what happened to Phi Psi years ago, and now look at them... If they don't get the funding it could spell disaster for them.
