The top tier is very distinguishable from the middle class fraternities. One, top tier fraternities do not create facebook events for their parties in order to prevent GDI girls from coming (ATO, Pike, Sigma Chi). Second they have multi million dollar estates with significantly higher dues. (Fiji, SAE, SigEp, Ksig, KA). You do not need a website to tell you the rankings, just open your eyes and watch how better fraternities carry themselves compared to yours. And no I am not in one of the top fraternities, I am just tired of annoying Delts and Sigma Chi's on this website and even on campus/DT.

SAE: The wealthiest of the big three. Suffer slightly from their reputation of taking large amounts of HP kids. Hang exclusively with PKT. Good parties, but are sadly few and far between. Easy Pledgeship

Sig Ep: The newest to the big three it seems. Wealth is over a pretty broad spectrum. You have multimillionaires to kids from Hickville. Wildest parties, but least polite. Seem to prefer to get blackout/high rather than talk to girls. Oddly have highest big three GPA. Moderate Pledgeship.

Fiji: Get mostly the kids they want during rush. Most polite boys. Have neither SAE snootiness nor SigEp substance abuse. Parties are very fun, but their house needs serious work. Mostly wealthy with a few iffy ones.

Fiji: Change nothing.
SAE: Be a little less snooty/less HP
Sig Ep: Raise dues to keep the rif raf out/blackout less.

I can guarantee that most OU buses followed this trend with obviously the occasional exception.
