Hey guys I have a question. Is Acacia a good fraternity? Their house is really nice. Are they a good choice?

First of all, their house isn't nice. If you think so, then you haven't visited any good chapters. Secondly, the guys suck. I've had the displeasure of meeting some in the past and couldn't wait to get away. Lastly, girls don't like them. Sure, you'll a few big 6 "legacies" (if you know what I mean) at their parties, but other than that it's a herd of AZDs or geeds. If you're dead set on being a Greek and can't get a bid literally anywhere else, by all means go Acacia.

I am a rushee and I met a bunch of the guys. They seem very nice, friendly, and fun. Do they suck because they aren't fratty?

Why don't girls like them?

hey idiot, don't you realize you are getting your answers from people that are ONLY here to say bad things about other fraternities?? People will make up anything bad about other chapters when no one will ever know who they are.
You should be checking out all the fraternity houses yourself, and go where you feel really comfortable. Ask the chapters themselves about who they mix with and what they do the rest of the semester. Don?t come here expecting to look for answers. Sigma Pi is ranked number 1... how the hell do you think anything here is true?
