to say one house is bad because they have guys from ACC is stupid, because every house has kids that go to ACC. Most houses I know give those kids a year to transfer into UT before they are kicked out. Also, while Delt is NOT on par with the big 3 (FIJI, Sig EP, SAE), they are definitely above the middle tier of Kappa Sig/Sigma Chi/Pike etc.

I'm from neither, but I'm pretty sure that's because no one else wants those kids and they jump on the opportunity to sign with sigma chi because that's the only bid they got.

Agreed, that's so true. I went to delt dallas state and i am pretty sure that every girl on that bus was an alpha phi. I'm glad I signed elsewhere

while fiji/sae could have "swept" so far, there are still the out of state guys, like the laguna and san diego freshman to see where they end up.

How big is Phi Delt? Their site showed only 13 pledges which seems low.
