Delts are really nice guys and are not near as stuck up as Kappa Sigs. Kappa Sigs generally have more money and will have bigger pledge classes. Just go where you fit in best.

Personally i would stay away from kappa sig unless you're okay with a bunch of completely random awkward nerdy guys. Delta are pretty good.
