Honestly, you obviously haven't been to kappa sig's orientation parties. Delt and KA could literally be put a tier below them.

3rd party view point. Kappa Sig's success is inevitable. They built a new house just as Sig Ep did a few years back which attracts more rushees and better girls. With KA having issues and Delt just being Delt, Kappa Sig really does have a great opportunity. It's just the truth, I know known of us like to admit it.

Fiji Foam was out of control. Kappa Sig and SigEp's parties were both about the same. Nothing special, but they both have nice houses.
