Pi Kapp guys at least dress fratty and mix with decent sororities. They're better than Acacia for sure, but thats not saying much. Lumping them in with a chapter like Delta Chi seems wrong to me.

ZBT is rich as hell and throws the best parties. What frats are better than ATO that weren't listed as better? Pike and Sigma Chi aren't.

Idk man, Pike isn't exactly a top house. I mean, some of the guys are pretty cool and all, but they don't have any ZBT level parties or a particularly nice house.
