I would switch SAE with Sig Ep, push Kappa Sig into the same tier as Delt, and put Phi Psi with Pike. I don't necessarily know about everything else being not fratty, maybe just not relevant.

why does everyone keep speaking highly of sigma chi? Sure they are a big national fraternity but they aren't anything at Texas, so until they prove themselves and get a decent sized chapter they shouldnt be treated like top tier.

The only acceptable fraternities at Texas are as follows: FIJI, SAE, SIG EP, KA, ATO, ZBT, DELT, KAPPA SIG (in that order)

Most guys in big frats are douchebags, most guys in smaller frats are poor. The whole UT greek system isn't that great.
