Come to think of it, whoever put the most recent "real rankings" must have been kidding. Not even guys in those fraternities believe that they're that good.

Set in stone real rankings:

1) FIJI, Sig Ep
2) SAE, KA
3) ZBT, ATO
4) Kappa Sig, Delt
5) PIKE, Phi Psi
6) Sigma Chi, Pi Kapp (both new and only prospective new fraternities for legit development)
7) Beta
8) Phi Delt
9) Delta Chi, Lambda Chi (?? Don't know if these chapters are that active at UT)
10) Any other fraternity that wasn't mentioned

Seems like you guys are obsessed with money and its importance in determining a top house. Just found that interesting, people don't really talk about that stuff at OU.

I mostly agree with those rankings. I would switch Sig Ep and SAE with each other and Delt and ZBT with each other though.

I agree with the guy below on the fraternity rankings but I really don't agree with the sorority one, I don't care if theta and kappa were part of the original 6 zeta and tri delt are better than those 2 hands down and I think Chi O is too

if I was a guy I would only think about joining: FIJI, KA, SAE, ATO, and maybe DELT.
