delt has always been pretty good from what ive heard and kappa sig is coming along way from what they used to be and are pretty decent now.

only frat thats not as good as it used to be is KA and theyre still sliding

Possibly Kappa Sigma. I know they were the only fraternity house on the original greek circle which is where the Kappa and alpha phi house are now.

So many of those houses need to be condemned...

Kappa Sig may be the oldest. I believe it was founded a few years after UT was.
