Fiji-Wealth, GPA, and fairly good looks. Very exclusive with who they hang out with. Really Chill parties, except for studio and island
SAE-Same as Fiji just doesnt have the same prestige. Really chilled out parties
SigEp-less wealthy, fairly good looks, and like to have a good time. Honestly a little bro frat...not a bad thing. Fun parties. Probably my favorite overall fraternity.
KSig-Less Wealthy, meh looks really. See alot of difference in sorority girls here. From Chi-o to A-phi and ADPi. Came up quickly and is almost peaking i feel.
Omicron-Honestly i feel they are barely hanging on and will get in trouble soon. Still hit it up with big six girls. okay partiesWealthy but meh looks and very very southern and red neck.Fun parties
Sigma Chi-I'm older but have heard decent things from babies. Growing in size and popularity, meh house, decent looks, not as wealthy. Variable in girls they hang out with. Fun parties. Also pretty Bro dudes
Delt-Awful location, decent looks, awesome for tail gates because of location, good parties.

my pc just had a mixer with kappa and pi phi. and we nailed both of them. So i would say we are top, y'all are just mad because we are now top tiers.

you my friend are a joke. please save yourself the embarrassment. I'm not saying Delt is in the same tier or has the same kind of money as fiji, sae, ksig, and sigep because I'm not delusional but if we aren't top tier that makes your excuse of a fraternity not even close.

I think he is just being honest and saying Delt isn't top tier, and everyone knows Delt is better than Sigma Chi making Sigma Chi not even close to top tier.

SAE, FIJI, etc could put up Internet groups for their parties (I wouldn't be surprised if they had them for certain things) and they would still be top tier, and other fraternities could not do it and they wouldn't suddenly be top tier for lack of. It's a nonentity, and doesn't effect the substantive differences.

Chi is also one of the wealthier fraternities. The house may not be as big as others but our property value is really high because of location and all the land they have.

thank you. Honestly the only house that is more exPensive than sigma chis is fiji's and maybe sae and sig ep. The location makes the sigma chi house way more expensive than kappa sig and omicron for sure.

I'm pretty sure the original post was referring to member wealth.....I have nothing against sigma chi. It's just kind of like comparing AXO to Pi Phi. They both have great girls, the Pi Phi's just come from the right families. You do not

He's right, Sigma Chis are all suburb kids. Fiji, SAE, and Sig Ep all have family wealth and history dating back quite a while. Sigma Chis come from families if stay at home moms and middle management dads. No wonder they call you Sigma Try-hards.

Pretty sure there are kids who aren't exceedingly wealthy in Fiji, SAE, Sig Ep, Ksig, and Omicron, and there are definitely wealthy kids in the other fraternities who didn't come from the right town or go to the right school.

of asking, go figure it out on your own. It is not about the fraternity but the kind of guy you like. When you find that guy or group of guys you like, you have found your fraternity. It is just that simple.
