I am most likely going to plege SigEp or SAE, and I went to a Sigma Chi rush party just for kicks.

SAE, FIJI, Sig Ep, and Kappa Sig already have their PCs. If you haven't been doing stuff with them all summer then you were never on their radar to begin with

Well, they're irrelevant even compared to the smaller fraternities, so they wouldn't really be my first choice if I was looking towards that route. Better to see first-hand though.
