They didn't even speculate it might be a member though, and the girl came to before she was dumped at the McDonalds, so the person in question probably didn't look too collegey.

So the fraternity isn't at fault for allowing the(dumb and stupid)girl to over- indulge? According to your posting on this web page, the fraternity page, and the A&M sorority page, this lawsuit is occurring because we live in a feminist society? You guys should be thankful that she ended up alive. Show a little compassion.

I don't think that was ripping on the A&M SigEps, it was more making the statement that SigEp has cleaned out good chapters for basically zero reason.
