The real issue is Sigep was on probation still and nationals might suspend them regardless of the outcome.

See Omicron as far as nationals making quick and fast judgements.

One has to wonder if Sigep might break away

And I've heard of Sig Ep's nationals cleaning house and kicking out most of the membership of some of their great chapters in recent years, so I wouldn't put it past them to ruin this one,

To men with sisters or daughters, any potential sorority pledges, or female freshmen: stay AWAY from Sig Ep. I would never allow my sister to even set foot in their yard. This is not a joke. Please read or watch the news report.

News report said they served alcoholic beverages and didn't have a secure premises. It didn't indicate the predator was even a member.

Lots of young girls during orientation experience the same thing BUT NOT just at SipEp. You learn quickly to stay away from any kind of punch and provide your own. Someone just needs to educate our newcomers.

Should just drink beer or make their own drinks. Having seen the punch made, it generally contains stupid amounts of alcohol, but I thought that was common knowledge.
